Ralco Technic is a recognized leader in the Ukrainian market in the field of refrigeration and cooling. More than half a thousand units of refrigeration equipment at 178 large facilities are under our remote monitoring as part of the comprehensive service.

Among the more than 400 successfully implemented projects are food processing and agricultural enterprises, gas stations, small grocery stores and hypermarkets, as well as industrial facilities and laboratories, the technological process of which is inextricably linked with refrigeration equipment.
The introduction of modern technologies, such as a transcritical booster system on environmentally friendly CO2 refrigerant, remote monitoring of refrigeration units and other innovations, combined with a competent engineering approach to solving non-standard and even typical problems allows our customers to achieve up to 25% savings on energy resources. At the same time, the service life and service life of refrigeration equipment are significantly increased.

An integrated approach to refrigeration equipment – from design to installation and service
Our own engineering and design department, direct dealer channels for the supply of only European and American refrigeration equipment, as well as a professional service department allow us to provide a comprehensive turnkey service.
This complex includes design, equipment supply, installation and maintenance. An equally popular service is automation and modernization of existing industrial refrigeration equipment.
- Projection. Among our 96 employees, 12 are experienced certified engineers who regularly improve their qualifications. When working on each project, engineers conduct a thorough analysis of the client’s facility, its needs and capabilities. Existing equipment is checked for implementation in a new project to save the customer’s money.
- Supply. We work only with reputable European and American manufacturers of units and components. Dealer supply channels mean fair prices and a guarantee of up to 36 months.
- Assembly, installation and commissioning. Only professional installation of refrigeration units can guarantee their trouble-free and efficient operation. Even the slightest unprofessional interference in the installation process can devalue all investments. Ralco has all the necessary material and technical resources and a staff of qualified technicians for the competent installation, connection and commissioning of industrial refrigeration equipment.
- Automation and modernization. Improvement of existing industrial refrigeration systems is one of our priority services. We are among the first in Ukraine to implement technical innovations at existing facilities, which allows our clients to reduce energy costs by a quarter.
- Repair, maintenance and monitoring. Our own mobile service teams for refrigeration equipment work 24/7. With the help of the remote monitoring service, we learn about the problem at an early stage, inform the client about it and, if necessary, go to the site to fix the problem.
We get involved in the work at any stage
Despite the possibility of a comprehensive approach, we can get involved in the work on the object at any stage. This may be either the absence of a suitably qualified installation team, or the inability of the selected supplier of refrigeration equipment to ensure the engineering design process.
